Equipment
- 1 blender
Ingredients
- 34 oz Water (Coconut or filtered)
- 3 each Lemons whole, with skin and seeds
- 7 tsp fresh ginger optional
- 3 tsp cinnamon optional
- 1 tsp cayenne this is a personal choice, it is very spicy but loaded with health benefits. you may need to gradually increase amount, start small
- 7 tsp olive oil or coconut oil optional (this is a healthy fat that is very powerful in boosting metabolism and reducing inflammation
- 1 tsp clove optional
Instructions
- slice the lemons in quarters
- Add lemons and water to the blender
- add in the spices and oil
- blend for one minute or until the lemon is completely processed
